Enhanced Live Q&A experience
The new Live video Q&A experience now has filters for comments and questions. This new functionality helps ensure that hosts don't miss any questions, while also allowing everyone to follow the conversation.

Video chapters
We've added the option to automatically create video chapters for your live and pre-recorded videos with machine learning technology, so viewers can navigate to sections of the video they're most interested. Find out how to create video chapters here .

Bringing our top Knowledge Library feature requests to life
We've made several improvements to Knowledge Library, many of which were top requests from our customers. We also launched a brand new Knowledge Library hub, where you can find helpful content like interactive self-paced learning, live training, videos, guides and more. Each of these assets was designed to help guide you along the process of building a central home for company resources in Workplace.
The latest Knowledge Library feature updates include:
- Cover pages for categories to make your content more visually engaging
- Translated category pages to help you unlock global access to company access. Find out more here .
- Version history allows you to track and revert Knowledge Library content easily. Learn more here
- Set permissions for secret groups to view, or edit Categories in Knowledge Library. Find out more here .

Safety Centre message templates
Use pre-filled message templates or duplicate a prior incident to send the same message if there's a 'next time' and even track safety responses on mobile. Find out how to create pre-filled message templates and duplicate an existing Safety Centre incident. .

Pronouns
Express your identity at work, and help others know how to refer to you by displaying your pronouns on your Workplace profile. Admins can enable this optional profile field for their Workplace from Settings in the Admin Panel.
