More choice, more control, and a more connected organisation

Two new product plans are now available.

We’re excited to announce that two new Workplace product plans - Workplace Advanced and Workplace Enterprise - are now available to buy. Customers can also select the new Frontline add-on so they can connect their frontline workers for less.

Untangle work with Workplace

From informing everyone about the return to the office to adopting a hybrid way of working, Workplace makes work more simple.

What’s changed?

What’s changed?

In addition to making it easier to connect business-critical frontline workers with the rest of the company, we’ve built these new packages to help customers predict costs and choose the tools they need.

Workplace Advanced is designed to create a truly connected company with all the familiar Workplace features plus advanced admin controls. Workplace Advanced is £4 per person, per month.

Workplace Enterprise is for organisations that operate with greater levels of complexity due to their size or industry and need a higher level of support. It includes all the features in Workplace Advanced plus a four-hour initial support response time SLA, priority support resolution, and early access to new features. Workplace Enterprise is £8 per person, per month.

The Workplace Frontline add-on is available in Workplace Advanced and Enterprise to make it easier to connect frontline workers - a key part of the workforce who often feel disconnected from their business because they don’t have access to the right technology. It includes access controls such as managing employee access outside of working hours. Connecting frontline workers using this add-on will cost just £1.50 per person, per month instead of £4 or £8.

What about the free version?

What about the free version?

We’ll be rolling out Workplace Essential soon. It will have all the communication and collaboration features a team needs, like Workplace Chat, Video Chat, and groups to help teams work better together. It will be free to enable everyone in the world to communicate using modern tools. Until then, customers can continue to use Workplace Standard for free. We’ll share more news about Essential soon.

Building tools to connect everyone

Building tools to connect everyone

We’ve built more than hundred new features since launching Workplace three years ago. We’ll continue developing and refining Workplace in partnership with our customers. And we’ll keep on innovating to build features that bring people even closer, make work even faster, and company culture even stronger.
