Knowledge Library is a new home for your key company resources. Use Knowledge Library to create, store and share static content such as health and safety guidelines, benefits information and employee handbooks. With no coding required, it's easier than ever to publish and share new content fast. You'll be able to set access permissions to ensure that employees only see resources relevant to them. And as Knowledge Library is optimised for both desktop and mobile, any employee can access and discover the information they need, from the office to the frontline.

Stream live video to Workplace with Portal
Workplace Live on Portal allows leaders to easily connect with their people on a personal level – without the hassle of complex hardware and software setups. Workplace Live on Portal brings professional live streaming to everyone, with a simple setup and rich out-of-the-box capabilities. Portal's Smart Sound minimises background noise while Smart Camera follows the presenter, so you can focus on your message instead of worrying about your tech. Measure the impact of your campaigns
Campaigns empowers communications teams to quantify impact across multiple posts. Use it to generate rich, campaign-level reporting with just a few clicks, and demonstrate how company communications directly affect employee sentiment. Pull multiple posts together and save them into a campaign, so you can track your audience reach, engagement and sentiment across posts. You can find out more about Campaigns in our Help Centre.

Auto membership for groups
Auto membership allows group admins to easily add members to their groups based on people's profile fields. Instead of adding members one by one, go to Group settings to set up the rules for the profile fields you want auto membership to follow. Powering up important posts
Boost the reach and conversion of your business-critical communications with new improvements to important posts. Your content will be shown more prominently and you can retarget people by notifying them about important posts again as needed. You can also choose the action text that appears in the button so viewers know what's expected of them. Our Help Centre has more details about important posts.

Track and assess Learning posts
Learning units allow you to create collections of training and educational content in your groups. Now, with quizzes and insights, you can track if your team has reviewed and understood the information shared in each unit. Learning can be enabled by group admins through the group's Learning tab. Take a look at the Customer Resource Centre's guide to peer learning for more information about the Learning feature.

Check the status of bulk tasks
Track the progress of your bulk tasks via the Imports/Exports tab within the People page of the Admin Panel, with real-time information that empowers you to take action on any potential issues. System admins can view all of the bulk-task requests from the past 30 days in one place, with files available for download within a 4-day period.
