As 2020 comes to an end, we're excited to announce two new resources to help communication teams drive employee engagement in the new year: the 2021 employee engagement calendar and the January journey campaign kit. Read on to learn about these and other new resources, as well as a new update to group notification settings.
Changing group notifications settings
To help you take control of your notifications and reduce the noise, we're changing all group notification settings from "All posts" to "Highlights". In early December, everyone will receive a notification saying that their settings will be updated and that they'll be able to make any adjustments if they prefer different settings. If no action is taken, people will start receiving fewer notifications as of 1 January.

2021 employee engagement calendar
The 2021 employee engagement calendar is a content calendar template designed to help communication teams plan their campaigns, stay organised and keep stakeholders in the loop. The downloadable template is fully customisable, so you can modify it to meet the specific needs of your company. And you'll find monthly campaign ideas and downloadable assets to draw inspiration from all year round.
January journey campaign kit
The January journey campaign kit is an internal campaign designed to help you and your employees start the new year off on the right note. The campaign consists of eight fun, light-hearted challenges that you can use across the four weeks of January.
