"With the introduction of Workplace Core and Add-ons, Workplace from Meta is signalling a maturity in their product," Wayne Kurtzman, Research Director, Social and Collaboration at IDC, tells us.

Workplace pricing plans, built for you

So we've been listening. And today, we're launching new plans that give you the features and the flexibility you need to connect your company.

At a glance

We're renaming the Advanced plan to the Core package. This will be at the same price of USD 4 per user, per month. We're also introducing two new Add-ons:

• Enhanced Admin & Support (USD 2 per user, per month)
• Enterprise Live (USD 2 per user, per month)

These changes mean that you'll have the flexibility to only pay for features you need through Add-ons. There'll be no price increase of the base Core plan. And we'll keep Frontline features at the heart of Workplace with additional discounts available through our sales teams.

The Core plan gives you everything you need to connect your company. It includes classic features, such as Workplace Groups, Live video and Knowledge Library. It also offers integrations with popular platforms, such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

You can then customise your Workplace experience with Add-ons, including enhanced support and more powerful video streaming.

Enhanced Admin & Support

We know that large organisations often have complex administrative and support needs. With the Enhanced Admin & Support Add-on, you get access to multiple Single Sign-on (SSO) features so that you can connect your entire workforce to one platform and use account provisioning and user management.

Enterprise Live

This Add-on brings enhanced peer-to-peer technology to live videos so that you can stream to large audiences while reducing the impact on your network. Live video already gives leaders the option to connect with the entire company, but Enterprise Live makes it even better.

How? It enables you to go Live and stream to large audiences with the same high quality and speed, which helps you save on network bandwidth. And it means you can get started quickly without admins and users needing no additional setup.
