Create and edit photo albums on Workplace

You can create photo albums on your Workplace profile or in Workplace groups.
Create a photo album
  1. Click More below your cover photo on your profile or below the cover photo for a group if that’s where you’d like to create the album.
  2. Click Photos and select the Album tab.
  3. Click Create album.
  4. Give your album a name.
  5. Choose who else you would like to be able to add to this album by typing their name.
  6. Click Upload Photos or Videos or drag and drop the photos or videos you want to upload.
  7. When you create an album, it will not automatically appear as a post on your profile or in your group. To share your album in a post on your profile, open it by going to Photos, clicking on your album title and then clicking Share.

To share your album as a post in a group, open it by clicking the Files and Media tab and clicking on your album title. Click Share.
Note: Your album’s privacy settings determine who can see your post. You can’t change a post’s privacy without changing the privacy of the album.
Edit or delete an album
You can add photos or videos to an existing album. Live videos can’t be added to an album.
To add photos or videos to an existing album:
  1. Go to the album you want to add to.
  2. Hover over the album and click and select Edit album.
  3. Click Upload Photos or Videos or drag and drop the photos or videos you want to upload.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To delete an album, go to the album you want to delete and click on the top right.
  6. Click Delete album.
Your album's privacy settings determine who can see your post. You can't change a post's privacy without changing the privacy of the album. You can add photos to an album after you've posted them, but you can't move other types of posts.
Note: You cannot add photos to automatically generated albums like Profile pictures, Timeline photos or Cover photos.
